Return Policy
Slate & Stone offers free shipping on returns for all U.S. customers within 14 days of the delivery date.
Please note due to health concerns, underwear and socks that have been opened and/or tried on are not eligible for return/refund.
Please ensure that all item(s) are in original packaging, unworn & unwashed with tags still attached. Slate & Stone reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements. To arrange for a return, please go to slateandstone.myreturnscenter.com.
Once your return is prepared, you can drop it at your local post office, any UPS location or UPS carrier. All returns are shipped back to our warehouse by UPS. Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return. Once your return is processed, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show up on your original form of payment.
Exchanges
Slate & Stone does not offer exchanges. To ensure availability, please return your unwanted item(s) and place a new order for the item(s) you wish to receive.
Final Sale
All items marked "final sale" may not be returned or exchanged.
